emigrated as a German origin family to Germany (Aalen, Baden-Württemberg), to be close to the maternal grandparents
bilingual upbringing and cultural differences caused initial problems in the new home country:
Lithuanian language (at tradition-conscious grandparents’) and German language (in school and at parental home). During the first years the family lives in very limited space and is poorly integrated into local life due to language problems

=> in those years father’s cancer progressed which resulted in numerous trips to Germany. Despite several serious surgeries, father is recovering very well, but then dies completely unexpectedly. The leave-taking is processed in the artwork of the period following. It is a very long period in colors black, white and red.

Separation from Israeli husband, due to marital crisis, fortified by the loss of father. Very strong Lithuanian family ties and domestic differences in religion and living, put strong weight on it. Return to Germany follows (the new main place of residence and work is Cologne)

with the return to Europe art work intensifies – pieces of strong color intensity and emergence. Concurrently, private divorce issues and the loss of the father are processed through concentrating on the art work.

“soulfulness for everyone” is becoming a life motto and an art motor at the same time, resulting in art installations like “The Art of Happiness” that deal with the subject of happiness and activate international notice. Including among others an exhibition attendance at “Simply Happy” in Tel Aviv. Invitations of the installation to London and Madrid by “The Hub” follow.
